Breast Cancer and other life stuff

So I am used to no hair but now I have this silly grey fuzz. It actually feels like puppy fur. Let's get back to waiting to hear the "c" word. Time came after my Mammo, and a 3D mammo, after seeing the PC (primary care doctor) ,then seeing the surgeon in the "cancer" center it was time for biopsy. Three kinds! one tip right now if you are told no aspirin,,  advil, only tylenol heed your doctors warning. especially in the case where you are having a mammo guided biopsy!Who the hell knew there was such a thing? Biopsies didn't worry me , that is the procedure itself. I had them before to check cyst. But when I was told "oh, we have to do a mammo guided biopsy too." I was worried about that it sounded torturous.   It is what it sounds like. They squash you in he mammogram and do a fine needle biopsy while your breast is flattened. t hey they check the pictures and do a second biopsy. FINALLY it's done!! Oh they do shoot you with lidocaine so it...

It's been awhile since I've wanted to start writing about going through cancer treatment. It all started a few months back when I was going to have my yearly physical. I might mention I hate going to the doctors. I knew it was time for my annual Mammogram too. Hate those even more. I always get the tech having a bad day . She squeezes my boobs into the machine ,which is too high. I tell her this she does not care. I stand on my toes so not to pull my boobage off my chest wall. Then she insist while I am still trapped in the machine to "please, do not stand on your toes." Then I do what I am told she pushes some buttons and I am ready to go on my merry way . (right after I check to see if my nipples are on the wall somewhere). But no she says wait she says! The next couple of days I wait to see my PC (primary Care ) doctor. Dr Shoenfeld, I like him a lot , it's just a hassle going. peeing in a cup , blood draws, getting weighed. Hey at least that was good I was dow...
